Ejiao Cake

Ejiao beaten powder, sesame seeds, and walnuts are bitten in the microwave for 2 minutes to remove excess water. The rice wine is ready. I use Shaoxing's daughter red!

Pour yellow wine into the pot on a low fire, pour in rock sugar and keep stirring, the rock sugar melts, pour in the beaten Ejiao powder and keep stirring until the Ejiao hangs the flag (as shown in the picture)

Still on low heat, pour in walnuts, red dates, goji berries, and black sesame seeds in turn, stir well, and prepare to serve (use a low heat during this period, otherwise it will be easy to paste)

Cover the mold with plastic wrap, brush 2 drops of sesame oil, pour the boiled donkey-hide gelatin cake into the mold, compact, refrigerate and shape, and wait for demoulding!

If you like roses, you can spread a layer of roses when the mold is finished with sesame oil, and the demoulding and slicing are completed!
