Beat the donkey-hide gelatin block with a powdering machine into powder for later use

Stir-fry the walnuts in an induction cooker until you can smell the fragrance. You can also bake it in an oven at 170 degrees for about 10 minutes to smell the fragrance.

The sesame seeds are also slowly sautéed on a low fire until fragrant.

Pour the rice wine and rock sugar in a double-bottomed pot, turn on the induction cooker to a minimum, and then stir until the rock sugar is melted. This process takes some time.

Tips:
The box should be greased first, so that it won’t stick to the box and it’s easy to pour out when it’s cut.
