Ejiao Ginger and Jujube Cream

Wash the red dates and remove the pit, set aside

Wash ginger, cut into small pieces, set aside

Add a small piece of ginger to the cooking cup, add appropriate amount of water, and stir together

Pour the ginger into a sieve to filter the raw ginger juice, set aside

Add the ginger juice and red dates to the food processor, smash them together

Add the ginger and red dates paste to a non-stick pan and boil

After adding donkey-hide gelatin powder, boil the ginger and red date paste on high heat

Add the brown sugar cubes while it is hot, change the heat to medium and low and continue to simmer. Stirring is necessary to prevent the red date paste from burning. Boil until thick, pour the paste with a spoon, and the lines will not disappear easily.
