Ejiao, Jujube and Ginger Paste

Prepare materials and boiling pot

Add 600ml of water to Ejiao and boil, turn off the heat and soak until it melts. Because Ejiao is more difficult to dissolve, we first soak it in hot water. If you have the right, you can make it into powder and cook.

While the donkey-hide gelatin is still melting, we wash the ginger and red dates, and cut the red dates into half and half, and the dicing can retain the taste when it is soaked in water later.

We put half of the red date slices in the pot and steamed under water for ten minutes

Tips:
Friends who don’t have Ejiao can omit the step of Ejiao. Why do you add rock sugar if you have brown sugar? The sweetness of rock candy is different from the sweetness of brown sugar. Adding some rock sugar can make this cup of warm drink sweeter
