Electric Pressure Cooker Recipe: Roast Pork with Potatoes
1.
Wash the pork, cut into pieces (3 cm square), cut the onion into small pieces, and peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.
2.
Wash the ginger and slice it, put it in the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker together with the onion.
3.
Add pork and potatoes.
4.
Pour in rice wine, dark soy sauce, appropriate amount of water, sprinkle with rock sugar and salt, stir evenly, use the "Stew" function to select the "rich" taste (just simmer for 5 more minutes), and it will be ready.
5.
If you want a rich soup, finally thicken the stew with a little starch, and then pour it on the dish. You can skip this step and eat the vegetables directly.
Tips:
Water starch is a mixture of corn starch and water. The amount depends on the amount of soup in the pot. You can pour a little bit first, and then pour some more if the soup is not strong enough.
