English Dim Sum---rose Scones

Ingredients: 10 grams of dried rose, 125 grams of milk, 250 grams of low-gluten flour, 6 grams of yeast, 70 grams of butter, 60 grams of sugar, a little egg yolk (for surface brushing)

Yeast is dissolved in warm milk, let stand for 5 minutes.

Cut the butter into small pieces.

Sift the low-gluten flour into a basin, add butter and sugar.

Rub the butter in the flour with your hands and rub it into fine crumbs.

Add the dried roses to the flour.

Knead gently until the dough has a shiny surface. (Don't rub too much to avoid tendons)

Use a rolling pin to roll out a piece of dough with a thickness of about 1.5-2cm.

Cut into triangles, or use a small biscuit mold.

Line the baking tray with tin foil, put the cuts into the baking tray, and brush with egg yolk.

Preheat the oven, 180 degrees, middle level, 15 minutes.
