Excess Dumpling Stuffing Turned into A Layered Cake

Dumplings are made with more vegetable and pork stuffing, and there is no use of pork and green onions to add some stuffing.

Slowly add warm water to the flour and stir to form a flocculent.

Knead it into a smooth dough and cover it with plastic wrap for half an hour.

Roll out the good dough into thin slices.

Spread a little oil and salt mixture on the surface, and then spread the filling.

Make a cut on the surface and slowly roll it up in a circular motion.

After rolling, squash and roll out gently.

Put a little oil in the pot and put the cakes.
9.
When the two sides of the cake are golden, they can be cut and eaten!
Tips:
1. The noodles must be made softer to make them delicious.
2. I added a little salt and oil because I used the remaining fillings and the amount was small. Do not add salt and oil if there is too much filling.
