Hot and Sour Soup Dumplings

Make the noodles first. Flour and water are mixed in a ratio of 2:1. After making up for half an hour, knead twice in the middle. The dough is fine and smooth. Roll the dough into large pancakes and divide them into blocks of about 8 cm square.

I use meat, fungus, green pepper and carrot fillings

Put dumpling filling in the middle of each piece

Pinch the two ends together on the butt side. Wrap up in this order

2 tablespoons of chili oil, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, chives, salt and sesame oil in a large bowl

Pour the hot soup of the dumplings into a bowl first, rinse out the seasonings, and stir.

Just put in the dumplings. You can taste it here, taste the soup according to personal preference, add some vinegar or chili oil to your liking
