Pour whipped cream, honey, caster sugar, and butter into a stone pot

Heat the stone pot on a low fire and stir constantly to melt the butter and sugar. After heating until it boils, continue to cook on a low fire until the temperature of the mixture reaches 115 degrees.

After leaving the fire, immediately pour the flour, almond flakes, and coconut into the syrup

Use a heat-resistant silicone spatula to mix the almond slices and the syrup thoroughly and stir evenly

Preheat the oven at 190 degrees for 5 minutes and bake for 9 minutes until the batter is completely spread out and turns golden brown and ready to be out of the oven. After the oven is out, use a circular mold to cut the tiles into a standard round shape and serve after cooling. .
