Extra Thick Milk Stick

After the butter is softened, add condensed milk, whole milk powder, and mix well with a spatula

Then sift in the low-gluten flour

Knead into dough

Sprinkle a little hand powder on the chopping board, then roll the dough into 0.3cm thin slices, cut into rectangles, and then use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into small rectangular strips

Move the small rectangular bar to the baking pan with the silicone mat

Heat up and down in the oven, circulate the hot air, put it into the middle layer after preheating at 180 degrees, and bake for about 12 minutes

The golden surface can be out of the oven, after cooling, sealed and preserved
Tips:
In order to make it easier to transfer, I cut my noodles into 10cm long and short, not so easy to break.
