Family Freshly Squeezed Red Date Juice
1.
15 red dates (red dates: water = 1:2), a handful of rice.
2.
Wash the red dates and remove the pits from them; wash the rice and set aside.
3.
Cook rice and red dates together in a pot (slightly longer than corn); let cool to about 40°C, add appropriate amount of sugar, and stir in a food processor at high speed.
4.
After filtering, it becomes a fragrant red date juice.
Tips:
1. If you don't like thick juice, don't put rice in it;
2. It is also a good choice to add black beans or red beans occasionally and stir together;
3. Children can't eat honey. If adults eat it, they can replace sugar with honey. It tastes great.
