Family Grilled Fish

Cut the newly-purchased naked grouper with a knife, wash it, and cut it open from the middle. Don’t cut it. There will be some mucus on the skin, which is slippery. Wash it with a little white vinegar.

Spread all the spices and drizzle with cooking wine to marinate

Prepare all the side dishes

Put some oily lotus root and shiitake mushrooms in the hot pot and put them on the baking tray

The ingredients are stuffed into the belly of the fish. Sprinkle the excess on the fish and put it in the oven on the lower gear and fire at 180° for 20 minutes

Tips:
This is a home-cooked dish or it tastes ok. The fish should be kept fresh and tender. So the baking time cannot be too long. 20 minutes is enough for side dishes to add according to your favorite
