Family Huan’s Egg-fried Dumplings

Fry the dumplings in cold oil first

Then add half of the dumpling water and cover and simmer until the water is almost dry

Pour in the egg liquid and bake it

Sprinkle some chopped parsley before turning off the heat
Tips:
If you are afraid that the dumplings will not be cooked, you must remember to add some water and simmer for a while; sprinkle chopped parsley to look good, you can also sprinkle black sesame seeds or any vegetables you like (remember to boil the vegetables first)
