Fancy Glutinous Rice Date

Add water slowly to the glutinous rice flour.

Make a glutinous rice dough and let it sit for a while.

Wash and soak the red dates for half a day, then cut off both ends and remove the date cores.

Rolled into a rose, I use two dates to make a flower. There is no specific way to roll it. I can roll it as I want.

Pull off a piece of the glutinous rice dough, knead it and flatten it.

Insert a red date flower on the glutinous rice noodles.

Fold the extra edges all around to wrap up red jujube flowers.

Make all of them and place them on a plate (it is best to coat the plate with oil or oil paper).

Put it in the steamer and steam for a few minutes.

Ready to eat right out of the pan.

Come to beautify it again.
Tips:
Glutinous rice is very sticky. In order to prevent it from sticking to the plate, you can brush it with some oil or spread greased paper on the plate.
