Farm Stir-fried Japanese Gourd Strips

The tender Japanese squash grown in my hometown, the kind whose skin hasn't turned yellow yet.

Just use half of it, remove the seeds inside.

Cut into long strips.

Heat the oil and add the chopped green onion.
5.
Put the melon sticks in and add the right amount of salt.
6.
Stir fry for 3 minutes until the melon strips are cooked.
