Fathead Fish Tofu Soup

1. Defrost and wash fish head

2. Tofu diced

3. Minced green onion, sliced ginger, sliced garlic, bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon

4. Hot oil pan, fried fish head

5. Add onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, bay leaves and cinnamon

6. Pour in the right amount of white wine

7. Add pepper powder

8. Put the right amount of sugar

9. Put in the right amount of vinegar

10. Add appropriate amount of water

11. Cover, turn to medium heat and simmer for 20 minutes

12. Add the tofu cubes and simmer for about 10 minutes

Tips:

Fry the fish head first, the stewed soup is milky white
