Fatty Intestine

The semi-finished products I used for the fatty intestines are already marinated and can be fried directly. If you have the opportunity to share with you the raw fatty intestines, the fatty intestines are cut into sections.

Cut green chili into diamond-shaped pieces and set aside

Cut the green onion into sections, and the fat intestines should be slightly more than the green onions in the usual stir-fry

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, warm it up, add the chopped green onion and stir fry

Then pour in the very fresh soy sauce, then immediately pour in the fatty intestines and stir fry for 2 minutes

Add the green chilies and stir-fry evenly, then pour in the cooking wine, and fry until the chilies are broken, about 2 minutes

Finally, add salt and stir-fry evenly.

Tips:
Before making fat intestines, make sure that it has a soft taste. If the semi-finished products you buy are not chewy, they should be boiled until they are soft and smashed
