Fen Ge Pork Bone Soup

3 slices of ginger, 1 candied date, and 1 piece of tangerine peel.

Peel the pink kudzu and cut into hob blocks

Pork bones in a pot under cold water, add some cooking wine to remove the fishy, after boiling, pick up the pork bones

Put the ingredients (pork bones, kudzu) and soup (ginger, tangerine peel, candied dates) together in a ceramic water-proof stew pot

Add appropriate amount of water and simmer slowly for 2-3 hours
Tips:
1. The peel of the pink kudzu is not good. If you cook it on the day of purchase, you can ask the seller to help peel it.
2. I use a ceramic water-proof stew pot, a 300W power slow stew pot, and boil it for two or three hours. If you use a stove fire, it is recommended that all the ingredients are boiled on a high heat and then turned to a low heat for 1.5-2 hours.
3. For the amount of two or three people, just put 1 piece of candied dates, put 2 pieces, it's too sweet.
