Oatmeal Buckwheat Flour Cookies

Grind the ingredients on the main ingredients into powder with a flour mill or food processor

Set aside with the biscuit ingredients

Cut the butter into small pieces to soften, beat with a whisk until smooth

Add in caster sugar and powdered sugar and continue beating until smooth and slightly enlarged

Add the egg liquid, beat until fully integrated, after the whipping is complete, sift in the low-gluten flour and multi-grain flour and mix well

Don't stir too much to avoid gluten

Put the batter into a piping bag, squeeze a plate and set aside, preheat the oven at 170 degrees and bake for 16-17 minutes
