Fenpi Crucian Carp Soup

Ingredients: fresh crucian carp powder, skin, ginger, chives, coriander, oil, salt, chicken essence cooking wine

Wash the chives and tie them into knots, slice the ginger

Fenpi cut into strips

Wash and tidy up the crucian carp

Hot pot with cold oil, add crucian

Fry until yellow on both sides and pick up

Put the fried crucian carp in a casserole, add green onion and ginger cooking wine

Add boiling water and simmer on medium heat for about 20 minutes
9.
Add salt and flour, cook for a while, add chicken essence to taste, and sprinkle with coriander.
Tips:
Don’t put the oil for frying crucian carp in a casserole
The oil is too much, the crucian is not fresh anymore
