Fermented Bean Curd Cabbage

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Tear the cabbage into small pieces by hand, remove the hard rods, wash and drain and set aside. Fermented bean curd is crushed with fermented bean curd juice, and starch is added with water to make a juice for later use.

3. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the cabbage.

4. After sautéing slightly softened, pour the crushed fermented bean curd juice into the pot and continue to stir fry.

5. Pour in the adjusted water and starch to thicken before boiling.
