Fermented Cauliflower
1.
Disassemble the small flowers of the cauliflower, wash them with water, and soak them in light salt water for about 10 minutes to maximize the removal of pesticide residues.
2.
Put oil in the pan, fry fragrant ginger, add cauliflower and stir fry for about 1 minute
3.
Add the vented rose fermented bean curd. That is, the fermented bean curd pieces should be drained with fermented bean curd juice before use.
4.
Stir fry evenly.
5.
Add a little water, cover and simmer for about 1-2 minutes. The amount of water must be small to ensure that the water evaporates when the cauliflower is cooked, otherwise the cauliflower will not taste good if there is too much water.
6.
When the cauliflower is cooked, it can be served.
