Fermented Rice Ball

1. Prepare materials.

2. Slice a little cucumber.

3. Put it in a blender to make a juice.

4. Pour the juice a little bit into the glutinous rice flour and knead it into a moderately firm dough.

5. Then knead into balls.

6. Boil water in a pot and put the balls in it.

7. Wait for the water to boil again and pour in the remaining cucumber juice.

8. After boiling, add the fermented rice.

9. Bring to a boil again and add osmanthus sugar.

10. Simmer for 3 minutes on low heat.
