Fermented Rice Ball

Prepare materials.

Slice a little cucumber.

Put it in a blender to make a juice.

Pour the juice a little bit into the glutinous rice flour and knead it into a moderately firm dough.

Then knead into balls.

Boil water in a pot and put the balls in it.

Wait for the water to boil again and pour in the remaining cucumber juice.

After boiling, add the fermented rice.

Bring to a boil again and add osmanthus sugar.

Simmer for 3 minutes on low heat.
