Fig Fish Soup

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Cut and wash the grass carp, and fry in a wok until the sides are slightly yellow to remove the fishy smell; wash the figs and American ginseng and slice them.

3. Place grass carp, ginger, figs and American ginseng in a 1.6L large inner pot of Midea electric saucepan, and add appropriate amount of water.

4. Put the steaming grid into the stainless steel inner pot of Midea's electric cooker, and add an appropriate amount of water (not lower than the lowest water level, not higher than the highest water level)

5. Put the 1.6L large inner pot into the stainless steel inner pot of Midea electric cooker, close the lid, select the function key: ribs, and then press the start key.

6. Simmer for 2 hours and 30 minutes, the delicious fig fish soup is complete
