Fig Soy Milk Sago Sauce

Soak dried figs and soybeans in water for two hours.

Cut pears into pieces and put them into the soymilk machine together with dried figs and soybeans.

Add the right amount of water.

Plug in the soymilk machine and select the full nutrition soymilk program.

The sago is cooked and drained in ice water.

Pour sago into the bottom of the cup, then add soy milk. When drinking, add some honey and mix well.
Tips:
1. Dried figs and soybeans should be soaked first, which is good for the soymilk maker.
2. After the sago is boiled for 10 minutes, simmer for another 20 minutes. If there is a white spot in the center, continue to cook for 10 minutes and simmer for 20 minutes.
