Fish and Cabbage

Wash the cabbage and cut into sections

Minced green onion, ginger and garlic

Adjust the seasonings in advance, add water and starch to mix well

Add oil to the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry until fragrant

Add 2 teaspoons of spicy shiitake mushroom sauce

Stir-fry the red oil and add the cabbage
7.
Stir-fry until the cabbage root becomes translucent, add seasonings, and stir-fry until the thickening is almost gelatinized
Tips:
Usually you can use bean paste, but the mushroom paste that I don’t have in my house is another flavor.
If you like spicy food, you can add some millet spicy.
I consider whether to add salt according to the actual situation. I did not add salt, and the taste is just right.
If you don’t like the soup, let’s collect the juice at the end. In fact, I like this soup better.
