During the Chinese New Year, we ate too much big fish and meat. Let’s have a refreshing soup today.

Fish Ball Loofah Soup

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash the loofah and peel it off

3. Loofah cut into small pieces

4. Pour edible oil into the pot, hot oil

5. Pour the loofah into the pot and stir fry

6. Pour the fish balls into the pot and stir fry

7. Pour proper amount of water into the pot

8. Cover the pot and smolder for a while

9. Sprinkle in edible salt, stir evenly and fully taste

10. When the loofah is broken, it can be served on the pan

Tips:

1. It is enough to pour the edible water over the loofah;
2. You can make fish balls by yourself or buy ready-made fish balls;
3. When it is smoldering, watching the fish balls float to the surface, it means they are cooked;
4. You can put some chopped green onions for decoration and flavor.
