Fish Head Boiled Tofu

After heating the pan with oil, add the big fish heads and fry slightly until the surface is slightly yellow.

Add appropriate amount of water, add some chili powder if you eat chili, cover and cook for a while.

After about 5 minutes of cooking, the soup will become milky white. Pour a little bit of steamed fish oil. I basically use Lee Kum Kee's at home.

Cut the tofu into long strips and put it in the pot. You can also put the tofu in the freezer one day in advance and turn it into frozen tofu, which makes eating more nutritious. It takes about 8 minutes to cook, you see, this white soup is really delicious, every time our house drank it up.

Add green peppers, red peppers, scallions, and salt.

Out of the pot! ! ! If you want to have that steaming feeling on the dinner table, make an alcohol hot pot or an electric hot pot. The whole family sits together, it's super warm! Our family often replaces tofu with fennel leaves, which is quite delicious.
