Fish Head in Tomato Sauce

Prepare a fresh fish head. Wash.

Put peanut oil in the pan and fry the fish heads until all sides are fried.

Add ginger and green onions while frying the fish.

First move the fish head into the soup pot, leaving the green onion and ginger, add the tomato sauce and stir fry.
