Fish Head Papaya Corn Soup

Peel and cut papaya and carrot into large pieces, and cut corn into large pieces

Wash the fish head and drain the water. Peel the ginger and smash it for later use.

Heat the pan with oil, add the ginger cubes and sauté until fragrant, and sprinkle a layer of salt in the pan

Add the fish head and fry one side until golden
