Baked Fish Head in Casserole

Wash the onion and cut into small pieces for later use.

Slice ginger and peel off garlic.

Wash the fish head with blood and drain, add a little salt, soy sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, peanut oil, and ginger slices.
