Chopped Pepper Fish Head
1.
Wash the fish head, sprinkle a little salt, and marinate for a while
2.
Soak the dried radish with water to soften it. I bought a slightly salty dried radish. Soak it in light salt water for half an hour and it will not be salty. If it is salt-free, soak it soft
3.
Put the chopped pepper into a bowl, add light soy sauce
4.
Add cooking wine
5.
Add sugar
6.
Add the right amount of oil
7.
Spread the dried radish under the fish head and cover it with chopped pepper
8.
Steam in a pot on the water. Be sure to boil the water before serving, so that the fish head will be tender
9.
After steaming for 7 or 8 minutes, remove from the pot and sprinkle with chopped green onion
10.
Put a little oil in the pot, heat it to 70% to 80% hot, and pour it on the fish head
11.
Do you want to eat an extra bowl of rice when you get out of the pot and serve?
Tips:
If the chopped pepper itself is very salty, add less water when adjusting the chopped pepper
