Fish Head Soup

Wash the fish heads and fry them in a frying pan to remove the fishy smell.

Fry well, remove and drain the oil.
3.
Pour boiling water into a casserole and boil.
4.
Simmer on high heat for 30 minutes.
5.
Sprinkle chopped green onion and salt and eat.
Tips:
When making fish head soup, be sure to fry the fish head first, and then pour it into boiling water to boil. Only then will the milky white soup be produced.
