There are many ways to make all-match Chinese cabbage. I usually use the tail of cabbage to make soup. It is the same cabbage soup, and because of the different ingredients, it can be different. This cabbage soup is paired with fish maw, which is delicious and nutritious.

Ingredients

1. Dried fish maw soak in cold water

2. Put the soaked fish maw into the pot and cook, remove it and drain the water. Add appropriate amount of wheat flour in water to remove the oily smell

3. Wash the tail of the Chinese cabbage and take an appropriate amount of fish maw

4. Cut the fish maw into strips

5. Cut cabbage into pieces

6. Start the frying pan, stir-fry the fish maw and ginger

7. Stir-fry cabbage

8. Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and cook

9. Cook until the ingredients are cooked, chopped carrots into the pot and stir evenly

10. Add salt and pepper, stir evenly, turn off the heat, serve and enjoy

Tips:

1. The umami taste of fish maw is very strong and should not be added too much
2. This soup is very delicious, and it is not advisable to add a variety of condiments.
