Fish Maw Old Pigeon Soup

1. The old pigeons are peeled, cleaned and cut into pieces;

2. Remove the pits of red dates and wash them with cordyceps flowers;

3. Soak the flower maw in clear water;

4. Put old pigeon red dates, cordyceps flowers and ginger into the stew;
