Cordyceps Flower Maw Soup

Soak the maw in advance overnight.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add sliced ginger and green onions. Pour the cooking wine.

Put the flower maw and cook on high heat for five minutes.

Pour in warm water and soak for six hours.

Lean meat flying water.

Wash lean meat, Cordyceps flowers, Chinese wolfberry, Polygonatum odoratum, and remove pits from red dates.
