Fish Noodle Soup

Prepared ingredients.

Heat the pan with cold oil and stir in the chives and ginger.

Add cleaned river crucian carp.

Stir-fry on high heat for about two minutes.

Add hot water and bring to a boil again.

Simmer on high heat for half an hour, add a little salt and pepper to taste and cook for about two minutes.

Then remove all the ingredients in the fish soup and save the soup for later use.

Cook the noodles and add a little green garlic.

Just add fish soup.
Tips:
1. Fry the fish soup first, then heat the water, simmer on high heat, the fish soup can be very white!
2. River crucian carp is relatively small and has a lot of fish bones. For safety reasons, only the soup is reserved.
