Sweet and Sour River Crucian

Ingredients: river crucian carp (washed), ginger slices, chives

Add 1 scoop of cooking wine to the bowl.

Add 3 spoons of sugar.

Add 4 spoons of soy sauce.

Add 5 scoops of water.

Mix thoroughly into sweet and sour sauce, set aside.
