Crucian carp smells fishy, and the belly must be washed clean and marinated in white wine.

Home Boiled River Fish

1. Buy the killed crucian carp, wash, add two teaspoons of pepper and white wine, marinate for 30 minutes

2. Marinated fish patted with a layer of flour

3. Pour oil in the pan and fry the fish on both sides

4. Fry until golden and remove

5. Stir-fry the onion, ginger and garlic in a pot with hot oil

6. Put in the fried fish, add sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and cook

7. Add a spoonful of salt, pour the water over the fish, turn to a low heat and cover and simmer

8. About 20 minutes, the soup is all up and the heat can be turned off
