Grilled River Crucian with Garlic

Ingredients: River crucian carp (washed).

Garlic, ginger slices, dried chili.

Break the garlic, put it on the chopping board and pat it with a knife to peel off the garlic, set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the ginger slices in the saucepan.

Afterwards, fry the river crucian carp on both sides.

Then, put the dried chili and garlic, pour in water, add some cooking wine and bring to a boil.

Then, add some light soy sauce, salt, and sugar.
