Golden Soup Fish

Main ingredients: freshwater fish, yellow pepper sauce. Remove the scales, gills, and internal organs of the fish, and wash them.

Finely chop green onion, ginger, and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, fry the chives, ginger, and garlic.

Add the fish and fry for about 3 minutes without turning over.
