Fishtail Tofu Soup

Wash the fish tail

Baby cabbage cut into sections

Cut tofu into large pieces, garlic sprouts and coriander into sections

Pour a little oil into the pan and heat it up and fry the fish tails until the fish skin is slightly yellow on both sides

Put the fried fish tails in a clay pot, add baby cabbage, add 1000 grams of water, and boil on high heat

Put the tofu in a simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes

Add salt, garlic sprouts and coriander segments.
8.
Open to eat (be careful!)
Tips:
The fish tail is made of large head fish. One fish tail is about a catty. If you use fish bones, you will need three fish bones. Add some vegetable soup. It tastes refreshing. Tofu uses soft tofu. Old tofu can also taste firmer.
