Five-grain Harvest Cup
1.
Prepare the ingredients you need. These beans are usually kept in an empty bottle and are not prone to insects.
2.
Wash and pour into the pot, jujube and wolfberry do not need to be cooked together.
3.
Add a proper amount of water. I use an electric pressure cooker to save time. I don't need to add too much water. Just a little bit is enough. The main thing is to cook these harder ingredients and soften them.
4.
Wash the jujube, remove the core and cut into small pieces.
5.
Prepare the melon, use a knife to separate the top part from the bottom to form a small jar shape, and then take out the melon seeds inside.
6.
Use a spoon to carefully add the cooked ingredients into the shellfish, about half of it.
7.
Spread a layer of sugar, then layer the jujube and wolfberry, and finally seal with the cooked ingredients.
8.
Put the shellfish with the ingredients in the cage together with the lid above, and the lid does not need to be covered.
9.
Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, and the Beibeigua should be under cold water. Cover the pot. After SAIC, start timing for about 20 minutes and then turn off the fire. Do not open the pot immediately.
10.
Just simmer for 5, 7, 8 minutes, you can take it out and taste.
Tips:
1. Beans and rice that are not easy to be cooked should be cooked first, so that the steaming time can be shortened, and the shellfish will not be steamed for too long, and it will become soft for a long time.
2. White sugar can also be cooked with beans and rice in a pressure cooker, but it is not easy to control the amount, and it is easy to cause over-sweetness and affect the taste of beehive.
3. Beibei melon is relatively small and the meat is not very thick, so it does not need to be steamed for too long to prevent it from being steamed for a long time. The skin of the melon is easy to break after taking it out.
