Flower Snowy Mooncake
1.
1. Pour the milk oil powdered condensed milk into the container and mix well
2.
2. Sift all powders into the liquid
3.
3. Stir evenly, sieve 2-3 times
4.
4. Cover the batter bowl with plastic wrap and put it in a steamer to steam for about 30 minutes (to prevent water from dripping)
5.
5. Put the glutinous rice flour into the wok and fry slightly yellow, don’t fry it, set aside
6.
6. Take out the steamed batter and mix it with a spatula until it is even. After warming it, knead it with your hands until it is smooth
7.
7. Take out 100 grams and put in 2 drops of red pigment and knead evenly (you can put red yeast rice noodles, I don’t have any at home, and I want to make beautiful flowers, so I used two drops of pigment)
8.
8. The cake crust and the red bean paste filling are divided into 25 grams (mine is a 50-gram moon cake mold)
9.
9. Coat the fried glutinous rice flour on the moon cake mold, and pat off the excess flour after coating.
10.
10. Roll the divided pie crust into a round shape with a thin back edge in the middle, and pack 25 grams of red bean paste
11.
11. Tighten the mouth and round the mouth
12.
12. Put an appropriate amount of pigment on the mooncake flower slice, just cover the flower color
13.
13. Put the mooncakes into the mold
14.
14. With a light pressure, the beautiful flower snowy mooncake is completed
