Prepare the ingredients, soak the raisins in rum for about 30 minutes in advance

Add caster sugar to the egg, beat and mix with a whisk

Sift in low-gluten flour and salt, mix well

Mix the milk and whipped cream and stir well

Then pour it into the egg batter

Stir well and set aside

Spread softened butter inside the baking bowl

Then add the drained rum and raisins, and then pour the egg and milk into it

Put the remaining half of the butter in a pot and boil it on low heat until it becomes browned, and then scoop it on top

10. Put it into the preheated oven, middle layer, bake at 180 for about 50 minutes, and the surface will be browned.
Tips:
No cranberries, raisins are used instead!
Funyudo will swell when it is baked, but will shrink when it is out of the oven!
