Foil Wrapped Chicken

Soak the roots of chicken wings in water for one hour, change the water in between, fully soak the bleeding water and drain the roots of chicken wings, chop small pieces, rinse them with water and drain them

Add cooking wine, salt, oil consumption, light soy sauce, sugar, white pepper, ginger, green onion to the roots of chicken wings. Grab it with your hands, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for half an hour

Preheat the air fryer at 200 degrees, put tin foil in the frying basket, the tin foil should be longer, and the marinated chicken
4.
Cover all with tin foil and bake for 20 minutes
