Folded Roots in Water Tempeh Sauce

Fold the ear roots and select all the fibrous roots at the root.

Put the selected fold ear roots into water and wash them.

Pinch the washed ears into 3 cm long sections by hand, and put them in a large bowl.

Prepare the water tempeh.

Peel the garlic, put it in a stone mortar, and pound it into a mashed garlic. Wash coriander and cut into sections.

Put the water tempeh, mashed garlic, and coriander into a bowl of Zheergen.

Add an appropriate amount of paste chili powder.
8.
Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and mix well.
Tips:
Tips: The water tempeh has heavier salt. You can leave it alone or less salt in this dish, and add the paste chili according to your personal taste.
