Fragrant Dried Pork Edamame

The main ingredients, of which the lean meat has been shredded and marinated for 20 minutes.

Dried fragrant and shredded; pickled vegetables and edamame washed; red pepper washed, and seeds removed.

Hot pot, hot oil, fried pork shreds, stir fry to change color, serve, set aside.

Remaining oil, sauté the red pepper, take out; pour in edamame and pickles, stir-fry on low heat.

Tips:
1. Using the method of choking the pot, the edamame can cook quickly without inhaling too much water. 2. If you can eat spicy, you can cut some red dried peppers and fry them together (I am here to sauté the whole stick and take it out , Leaving a little spicy flavor.) 3. Add some pickled dried vegetables to make it more umami. If not, you can also add packed mustard.
