Stir-fried Green Peppers

Cut the dried tofu into thick strips.

Cut the vegetables.
3.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic slices and sauté until fragrant.

Add dried tofu and stir fry.
5.
Add green peppers and stir-fry until soft, add light soy sauce and vinegar to taste, and add some salt.
6.
Finally, add coriander.
