This fragrant dry pot was originally eaten when we went out for dinner, and the soft texture of fragrant dried stew was also great! The restaurant is stewed with tripe, not at home, it is directly changed to pork!

Ingredients

Fragrant Dry Pot

1. Fragrant dry clean cut flower knife

2. Wash pork belly and cut into thick slices

3. After the garlic sautes, add pork belly and stir fry

4. Add light soy sauce during the season

5. Stir fry with fragrant dried

6. Add cooking wine and salt, bring to a boil over high heat

7. Transfer to a casserole, add spices, shallots and water

8. Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook until fragrant dry and soft

9. Start eating

Tips:

1. Fragrant dried flower knife, easy to taste
2. The spices I use are bay leaves, star anise, and cinnamon
3. The pork belly is to improve the flavor, you can replace it with beef if you don’t have one.
